K.D Electrical will offer competitive maintenance contracts to clients that prefer added peace of mind. We would arrange to visit your premises on a pre-arranged frequency to perform Preventive Maintenance (wear and tear) of the control panels / machines of our supply and other suppliers if required.
- Design Supply and install complete Bulk Handling Systems (Flour Weighing)
- Design Preventative Maintenance Schedules to individual bakery bulk handling systems requirements all acceptable for BRC audits
- Calibrate silo and weigh head weighing controllers and certify calibration
- Repairs to all Bulk handling Systems including K D Electrical (our own)– Cepi - Bagfast – BME – 2E – Herman Brand and all other brands
- Supply and install spares for installed equipment redesign as required (original company in liquidation or updated equipment meaning original obsolete)
- Perform PUWER tests and reports on Bulk Handling Systems Silo integrity
